Given my activities last night and the hour I went to bed, I'm rather proud of myself for getting up early to represent Street Sweepers at Uptown Beautification Day.

Finally temps came down enough to allow some Street Sweeping.

Week 2 of the Clyde Alley Restoration was a big success ... except some kind of bug bit me on the face and I'm developing a huge welt. Hoping that will go away quickly.

According to the 10,000 fliers I Street Swept this morning, Aura is closing July 2? Big loss for douchebags, sorry bras.

Thanks to Nancy H■■■■ C■■■■■ and Daniel T■■■■■■, we got another three 33-gallon trashbags full of trash off the streets of Uptown. Had to go a lot farther this time to fill them ... are we making progress?

Street Sweepers - Uptown Update: Thanks to Daniel T■■■■■■ and Ryan S■■■, we were able to fill three 33-gallon trash bags from McKinney Avenue.

Just filled a trash bag as full as it would go with beer bottles and cigarette boxes from the sidewalks of McKinney Ave. I think I will make this a weekly thing. Who wants to join next Sunday?
