Another reason I love my new gym -- free classes. I could kickbox or spin or bootcamp all I wanted and not pay a dime. It just so happens I want to do all of those things none. So it's a win-win. But what I do want to do is yoga. And they have a class every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30. It's the most reasonable time for a yoga class at a gym I've ever seen. Usually they're in the middle of the afternoon in the middle of the week. Daniel and I attended the free class last Thursday. It was me and him and two fat girls who were giggling the whole time because they'd never done yoga before and they were hungry. Okay, I assumed that last part. Anyway, the instructor was REALLY good. Not only did he do a really nice class but he did all of that spiritual crapola that I love so much. All about letting the stress from the week go. I am attending every Thursday. No matter what. The Tuesday class will be taught by someone else so I might give them a chance too, or I could just go once a week. But I'm so excited that I finally found a new class to go to and it's at a good time and it's in my neighborhood. Hooray! This week has been perfect riding weather but my Vespa is in the shop. The throttle kept sticking open. So I'd let off the gas to slowly approach a red light, but instead it was full speed ahead. Or I'd be at a red light with the clutch in and the brake on and the engine would just be screaming at full speed and I'd have to take off in first gear at full throttle (that's how people typically do back flips in case you didn't know). So I had it towed back to the dealer. They brought a massive flat bed tow truck to get my tiny Vespa. It was pretty funny. I wish they had finished it by today but now it looks like I'll have to wait until next weekend. Drats. But I did ride it up to my parents' house in Plano this week to see my sister and her kids. That was a new distance record. And we finally got a Wii. Oh happy day. I love being able to bowl or play tennis whenever I want. Come over and play with me. Loser has to chug a beer. In fact, that's what I'm going to do right now. Play Wii, not chug a beer. Later skaters.
